What soaps do you use?

Some budget detailers use dish detergent instead of car wash soap, which strips wax and hazes the paint, leaving your vehicle unprotected.

We use high-quality car wash soaps & cleaners that not only clean your vehicle but enhances the existing wax or sealant.

How often should I wax my car?

Traditional waxes typically last 3-6 months. However, we use Twelve-Month Sealer Wax instead of traditional wax. So after any of our packages including wax, your vehicle is protected for an entire year.

Clay Bar. What is it? Do we use it?

Clay Bar is used to remove all contaminants embedded in your vehicles clear coat that a Hand Wash service cannot remove, allowing waxes to adhere better, last longer, and for polishes and buffer pads to glide across painted surfaces without picking up embedded grit.

We include a Clay Bar Treatment in all of our packages that feature Twelve-Month Sealer Wax or Paint Correction.

What if it rains?

Chance of rain before the appointment

Except for our maintenance services, we highly recommend proceeding with any plans for detailing services regardless of the weather forecast. The products used on the exterior of your vehicle have hydrophobic properties that will cause rain to bead up and roll off of your vehicle. Once the storm has passed, your vehicle will still look as good as new.

Rain at the time of the appointment.

If it is raining on the day of your appointment, we will call you at least an hour in advance to discuss which option is most convenient for you. A few of our choices include:

  • Waiting out the rain and coming out once the weather is clear
  • rescheduling the appointment for the soonest available spot that fits your schedule.
  • If you have an enclosed area to park the vehicle in, let us know. We will determine if space is suitable for us to performs the service during the rain.
  • For interior detailing services we can come out during a light drizzle
Do we shampoo carpets & seats?

We offer carpet and seat shampoo in many of our packages. We will remove as much of the stains and ground-in dirt as possible using quality shampoos and a heated extractor carpet-cleaning machine. Heated extraction is the most effective method of deep cleaning your vehicles carpet fibers and cloth upholstery

How often should I detail my vehicle?

For our Maintenance Plan customers, we recommend having your vehicle washed every three weeks.

Our most of our exterior detail packages include Twelve-Month Sealer Wax, which as implied in the name only needs to be applied once a year. How often you maintain the wash between sealer wax application is a personal preference.

Interior detailing is also a personal preference. A soccer mom who also appreciates a clean interior will require interior detailing more frequently than someone who only uses their vehicle as a grocery getter.

Can we fix scratches in paint?

If you cant feel a scratch with your fingernail, the scratch can be removed or significantly reduced with any of our packages featuring Spot Paint Correction, Hood Roof & Trunk Paint Correction, & Side Panel Paint Correction

Any of our paint correction services also remedies paint transfer from light brushes with other vehicles, & plastic or painted poles.

Are we open in the winter?

We operate all year long. However, we are unable to work in extreme weather conditions such as heavy rain, snow, and temperatures below freezing. If it is not raining, snowing, or below 32 degrees, we are open for business.

Do we accept credit/debit cards?

We take all forms of payment. Check, cash, credit & debit, whichever is most convenient for you.

How much do we charge?

If you are not sure which package is best for you, our online scheduling is set up to ask you all the questions needed to determine which package will make your vehicle look new again. Also, feel free to give us a call with any other questions you may have.
